'For young people, by young people.' Bucks Youth Bank is a grant-making panel for young people's projects that benefit the community. Buckinghamshire currently has 2 Youth Bank panels, one in Aylesbury and another in Wycombe. The panels give out grants to local groups of young people or individuals aged 13-19. This funding may be for projects the young people want to start or which they are all ready involved in but want to develop.The role of the Youth Bank panels is to look at application forms and decide on how the grant money should be spent - Young People Make The Decisions. For more information call 01296 382543 or email Local Area Forum Review - Bucks County council and Community Impact Bucks are keen to hear the views of the voluntary and community sector about their experiences of LAFs. Greening Your Community Plan - Buckinghamshire County Council is working with Community Impact Bucks to help local people become more aware of environmental issues and to enhance their green spaces. Expert Volunteers Available - Community Impact Bucks currently have volunteers with business expertise such as financial systems implementation, marketing, website design, financial planning and Microsoft Project Server knowledge who are looking for organisations to help . Internet – Peter Cooper our district councillor is part of a team trying to make a case for improving BT connection on 681 numbers, he particularly wants to hear from businesses, however small and working anywhere with a 681 number.
